This fall has brought the Thornton family many new joys and experiences! This year, K Bear was a little homemade cupcake...and by homemade, I mean I made it at home...with my own two hands...with super glue. Not sure I will be doing that again in the future, but it was worth the experience. Other fall activities included the Cumming Fair...where she rode every ride for the 2nd year in a row. We visited the Knoxville Zoo while on our small group retreat in Pigeon Forge and K Bear got to ride a camel...yes, a stinky LARGE camel. Of course my courageous toddler did not even flinch when the thing came by to pick her up...and she held on to it like she had been riding camels her whole life...with ease and comfort. Then for the go carts...I will say, I believe that my child is an adrenaline junky just like her Mommy...she gets it honest. The higher and the faster something goes, the better! These were no little mini go carts that we were riding, no maam, these were adult go carts that went FAST! Her little body was so tiny in the seat but she did nothing but yell "whoooooo" the whole time and say "go faster Mommy"...of course the petal was already to the metal...Im a junky too. Fall has been fun and we are excited to see what Winter will bring us this year...hopefully something like a diamond set of earrings or a new elliptical machine ;) Let me end by saying that I am such a blessed person, and I thank God everyday for our family and our friends. Our God is such a good God!
